Servings: 1 pie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomato, slivered
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • ½ cup yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup mushroom
  • ½ cup broccoli floret (small)

Instructions

  1. Mix together 1/4 cup water and tomato paste in a medium bowl. Add a bit more water, if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
  2. Add in minced garlic and continue mixing.
  3. Now spread your dough with the prepared tomato sauce, leaving half an inch for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle with mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli florets, olives, tomatoes, and finally with cheese on top.
  5. Next, sprinkle with the seasonings and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Simple as that!
